Devin Bates plays a whole bunch of instruments, although he usually
has a banjo or a bass in his hands and a cry of war in his throat at CIA shows.
Devin is one of the founders/leaders of Bowser's Brood. He's also one of the Hepcats
in Evan Webb and the Poisonous Birds and The Wild Humans. (Clearly, Devin is in many bands.)
He's also a formidable songwriter, actor, and universal factotum.
